He gave us the information that we needed to make our decision and was very patient and helpful along the way…even when we had to track down old documents, Jacob used his resources to help us get everything taken care of. Not having to worry about fixing up or cleaning anything was a super blessing, the only thing we had to do was get the items out that were being kept, and they took care of the rest! Stone Peak provided all of the work that goes into a closing, we just had to show up to sign and receive payment.
